Hello! For custom products on alibaba, is it normal to have to pay before receiving a webdesign of your item?
With my store, I’m currently in the sourcing stage. My main issue is trying to determine whether a vendor has good quality products. I want products that can last for years and when I speak to vendors they all tell me how great their stuff is. But when I order samples, it’s just not the quality I’m looking for
Continue to order samples and testing vendors until you are satisfied. No one ever gets it right all in one go. So just continue to explore different materials and vendors. Ok 😉 All the best
