I still have this subwoofer since 2008, I was one of the first in Ukraine who tried it, I bought it, I might not have liked it, but I trusted Morel, and they did live up to my expectations, this is a gorgeous subwoofer that I still love , and I'm not going to change it)
I ordered the 4ohm Ultimo TI SC for my system along with Morel Hybrid's. Along with a 100w per channel amp and a sub channel rated at 600 ohm. I hope it sounds good. The most I have ever spent on audio equipment. The installer I am going through is building me a box to go under the seat in my truck and with rounded corners.
lol at the fake audio, do people really think they can hear a morel via CZcams or even through a recording? you must hear in person to really understand.

Sub worth it? I've been spanking a idq10 for years that will never die and a c/mass 12 thats pretty impressive also. Ultimo 2 ohm 600rms is what I've got a offer on now
I love my uptime honestly It might not be for everyone though. As far as sound quality they are truly amazing fast tight accurate and real. I have a hard time listening to other subs now. As for spl these won't shake your whole car or blur your vision. Honestly for me it's more than worth the tradeoff I love the accuracy of this sub and miss it every time I listen to other speakers. There is something about super accurate bass that improves the sounds in your whole system mids sound fuller and somehow the highs even seem to blend better and sound more lifelike. Sorry for the super long answer. Long story short sq yes spl there are better options available for less. I hope this helps you or anyone else that is curious about this increadable sub.
@@radiospank how does it real sound? I see these subs play 10-900hz. I was considering buying two of the 1000 watt 12's and going with morel components front and back ran by two audio control amplifies.. 125x4 for the first amp and 1500x1 mono to run both subs... Are they really worth a grand?
Caleb Browne Depends on what is worth it for you! I tried so called sql subs like DD and FI and they are just too tubby sounding and weren’t as sharp sounding as the morel was. I’m sold on the morel and 1 is more than enough with a 1200 watt mono amp. keep in mind I am running a horn design for loudness while still having sq. Sealed application will be slightly tighter but I doubt it is much better or worth it imo. I only run 1 pair of Morel components and it’s also more than adequate in sound quality and loudness. So to sum it up yes it was worth it! I love my system and I won’t ever change it.

Contradicting the Morel sub, by using a ported enclosure. These are primarily made for a closed enclosure to maximize SQ.
LimeLight Lemon true but I wanted to have a balance of sq and loudness, sounds great still, Also, this is not ported but a rear loaded horn design
