hiii this is really silly but i need help with my citiz and milk. i just bought it a month ago and i’ve noticed from the get go that the coffee that comes out lacks crema:( i descaled the machine but it didn't make a difference. do you know what might be the issue and how i could fix it?

it has a really thinnnnnnn crema at the top, like 1/15th of the cup
