Anjelah Johnson-Reyes was born and raised in San Jose, California where she grew up with four siblings in a large extended family to which she remains close. Anjelah found herself an internet sensation and pioneer in viral CZcams videos when her notorious “Nail Salon” bit from a local comedy show was posted and received over 100 million views! OMG, Anjelah! What an awesomely informative, helpful, and timely video! Granted, the beautiful Sonia was probably gearing most products to your skin, but she was MOST helpful in generalizing the information! I love how natural and easy you both were when talking about skincare. Most dermatologists either scare you into fixing your skincare or condemn you for what you have or haven't done! Either way, this was truly a great video! I'd love to see more! Also, on graying hair!

My dermatologist says that most products are a waste of money. All you need is: Cleanse, moisturize, prescription vitamin A acid cream (usually prescribed for acne, but it's the only clinically proven anti wrinkle treatment) and sunscreen. Retail retinol is too dilute to be effective. For exfoliation, he said just wash with a face cloth. That's enough. And for sunscreen, remember your neck, all the way down to your shirt PLUS the back of your hands!
Yes. I don't tend to buy a lot of face products because of the ingredients. And what effects it may cause.

I wear sunscreen and reapply it with a mixture of sunscreen foundation and actual sunscreen. Spraying it will be much more helpful.

The spray sunscreen is Super Spritz by Vacation. The one I have is SPF 50 and it's always in my purse.
I had rosacea at 39. By accident. I started juicing green juices. Try asking a nutritionist. My skin cleared up in a few weeks.

Essences are all about hydrating the skin. There are high end ones like Tatcha and more affordable ones like I'm From Fig Boosting Essence. I love Rhode glazing milk. It's a ceramide essence. Also Fat Water by Fenty Skin is great.

You put your sunscreen under makeup. But you reapply sunscreen over makeup. Sunscreen should be reapplied every 2 hours
