ICAI have made mistake in AFM MCQ paper. Grace marks should be given to all students for such Incorrect question. Also requesting kindly released Suggested answers asap instead of after 2 month of results.

This is the same question icai made me waste 15 mins ... Same type ques was there in the book .. Seriously this institute don't bother about student they only need money ....

Yeah, it was drafted from the ICAI Module question TYK 10, and they still made a mistake in drafting it.
Do send an email because if a huge number of students email, then ICAI will definitely have to consider giving grace marks.

This small mistake impacted many students entire paper. Unfortunately, ICAI will never consider this issue. They might only consider giving grace marks, and even sometimes that is also unlikely.
So If students in huge number mail then definitely icai have to consider.

I already mailed to icai right after completion of exams but there is no response....waste icai no use as people in icai are least bothered about students bas paisa aana chahiye aur CCM ko paisa Jana chahiye

Icai khud below par perform karta he icai se na paper bante he na spom portal chalta he na koi reply aata mail me na ticket raise me icai sarkari department jesa kaam karta he aur na padi he usko students ki.
ICAI ko 2047 tk 20 lacs CA chahiye agar aisa hi raha to CA course koi join nahi karega apne aapko best institute kahte hai pr kaam inke bakwas hi hai

That question wasted at least 15 minutes which resulted in students not being able to attain complete paper...Icai should be given at least 8 marks to each student as bonus who wasted their time in that question

And They write a note in QP saying discussing MCQ paper in partly or fully is not allowed,if discussed action will b taken against student's, teachers n members...

There is no cut off system in icai
If you can, I would implore you , if you have the finance, to join ACCA ,and write the professionals . Since you have your three years experience of articleship, you will instantly become a member and a qualified international chartered accountant although you will have to learn IFRS. However you will be safe and can give the finals without tension. I joined ACCA after doing CA and realised the amount of professionalism ICAI lacks. They are still living in the 90s or 80s thinking CA is the top finance course in India.

The ICAI should learn from other institutes about how they conduct their exams and handle their students and the related administration. This institute is a now a big joke compared to other chartered accountant's institutes like the ACCA or the ICAEW. I don't understand how they could be so careless with a central level examination again and again and again. "Pathetic" way of conducting these affairs especially from an institution that is supposed to be a professional body delivering India's best finance professionals.

If you see, ICAI Notification for observations on the May 24 paper, they have specifically mentioned to provide details; otherwise, they will not consider it.
