Along with the measures mentioned in the video , following these can help:
▪️Benzoyl peroxide soap while bathing. Lather the soap over affected area and leave it on for 5 mins and wash it off.

✔️Benzonix gel
▪️Salicylic acid lotion twice a day . Spray it twice a day on dry back.

Unfortunately for the hair oil thing it’s a one thing or the other, my ends are super dry and oil is the only thing that helps and it helps prevent breakage, but it also like she said causes back acne so either you have a nice back or nice hair
Maybe figure out WHICH ingredient in your hair oil is causing your acne (e.g. mineral oil, shea butter, etc.) and/or switch to a sleek serum that doesn't have comedonegenic ingredients in it.
@@semi-san1736 mineral oils are the key to my hair unfortunately but thankfully I don’t have much problems with back acne it’s usually hormonal like whenever I start a birth control or stop it so i guess it’s inevitable

Coffee can dehydrate you, especially if you drink enough water/non-sugary drink as it is. Drink more water.
