Texas A.G. should get a federal warrant for Merchan, citing NY law for recusal and election interference.
He was indicted by a grand jury. Merchan has nothing to do with it. He’s just there to keep the case on track and decide questions of law, not guilt or innocence. Judges don’t want to get overturned on appeal, so they typically make decisions with careful consideration. You should follow the case and not the political propaganda surrounding it.
