ASD DEVICE CLOSURE.
58 y old female came for cardiac risk assessment before urological surgical procedure having complaints of exertion dyspnoea.
On echo found ASD secondum.
Decided to do device closure.
On toe suitable for device closure.
Cor angio was normal.
22mm ASD device was implanted with good results.
