The BLM thing is a mandatory statement corporations have to make to show their alleged support for the movement, whether they believe in it or not. @@thesaiyanpath7914 In the case of Takarita, she absolutely tried to save her own ass for being a nasty drunk. Jerika or whatever, I am sure that drunken thing happened -- But I call doubt on the actual severity of it. From what I gathered, it was probably unpleasant two drunks joking with her. As she's an introvert, she did not like that at all. But assault? I mean, no proof of that, at all.
      I don't think Jerika was chasing any sort of clout what-so-ever, and she felt she had to share her story - but from what I gathered on her story was that there was no assault taking place? I am also not a hardass that go "Only penetration" or some disgusting shit -- But from what she wrote, I failed to understand or grasp the severity of it all.
      I hope Swifty will be able to move forward from this - and as the dust settles or whatever comes out of it. That Takarita will at least be cancelled and that Blizzard apologises to Swifty, re-instate him and perhaps some contracts coming back because Swifty lost a lot of income.

    I'm hoping the truth comes out. If Swifty is guilty, let that be known and shamed. If he is being falsely accused, let the person be known that she lied to get money.
    I hope this comes pass. The truth, one way or another. Either person known for what they did.

    After reading the accusations it just sounded like a lot of exaggerated personal stuff from a spiteful ex. If you're in a relationship with someone of course you're gunna have dirt on them. Not what the metoo movement is about. Good on Swifty to not go into hiding and to keep doing his thing. What Blizz did was cowardly.. Im not surprised, they are a dogshit company. Happy to see the community behind him because he seems like a genuine dude.

      @Ecupable Před 4 lety +2

      That's not how it should work buddy. No one should have to prove their innocence. The burden of proof lies upon the accuser to prove the guilt of the other person, otherwise we end up with exactly this scenario. It's quite impossible for him to prove his innocence against proofless accusations. Even if this is not directly targeted at you; but people should in general try to remember that the principle of considering one's innocence until proven guilty is fundamentally to protect people against wrongs - not the other way around.

    Later down the track now i realise they banned swifty purely because of the fear they had of themselves getting caught! makes so much sense, they just removed his shit to essentially try to make it look like they support that shit, in reality they where just trying to save their own asses by throwing swifty under the bus, how swifty still plays wow I have no idea, i would absolutely hate the people for making that decision without even chatting to me one bit.
