haha, I can sorta relate to your raccoon story. my first mount (still unfinished.. trying to find driftwood) was one of two ducks I found dead one day. one was shredded and ruined on the neck, so I couldnt taxidermy it fully. the other was good, but the chest and belly was shredded and dry. had to use the BACK of the other bird to fill the FRONT of this one. its the most hideous job, but the way I plan to have it flying you wont see it xD
