Thanks for making this video. I got this bottle a few months ago for indoor climbing, but it's so good to drink from I'm using it every day now. My only issue so far has been the lid. Once it's closed, if you get water or condensation on the outside of the lid, it's really annoying to open. If the lid had some kind of textured grip, it would be flawless. Other than that, I've only had it leak twice, both times because I didn't fully close it before drinking from it. I did notice that if you're drinking slowly, or just taking a sip, you have to take care not to fill the cap or water will come out of the pinhole opposite the mouthpiece, but that kind of leak is pretty unrealistic unless you're trying to get it to happen. Hope you see this, and keep up the great work!
This is my new favourite bottle! I love how drinking feels from it, and that’s it’s easy to clean everything. I wish the bail were removable or even movable at all but it’s not a massive issue honestly.

if store bought bottles are incorporated, how do they remove from those the bpa, ad all nasty material? if it's possible to remove, why don't all just use that technology to initially create bpa 'n etc containing nasty materials? interesting topic
Very helpful video. I couldn’t figure out how to get water to come out! I wish I had watched this before I had my husband spin the handle thing. I thought it was a poor design because the drinking hole lined up right under the handle. (shoulda read the directions before throwing away)…
Is the bail handle removable? I personally like the chug feature a lot as I drink without touching the lip of the bottle so being able to turn it halfway is kind of nice
I got this bottle recently and water gets trapped between the gasket and the lid when you close it. This creates 10-15 drops of water that spill out very easily if you jostle the bottle or turn it upside down getting things wet. I think it's a design flaw. Currently going through the warranty process with Hydrapak :(

For me so far is the best bottled water, easy to drink and fast. The best part uses recycled plastic which contributes to our environment!!!
