Love your videos man. The points you make are insightful and the production quality is great. Respect ✊
I’m glad you enjoy them. I really appreciate the kind words. More to come.

Amazing! Great stuff Jason & team.
Yeah I agree Djokovic at times struggles to read certain players' serves especially ones with a quick toss & strike motion like a Kurios or a Federer. Watching him over the years when he is initially struggling his "winning" approach is his ability within a match to incrementally read the serve (toss, patterns, etc...) and get more and more into return games.
I appreciate the kind words. Agreed 100% on your talking points about reading the serve. I think there will be a little feeling out period for Novak here the first two sets. Looking forward to this match!
-Jason Frausto
I think the crowd and the conditions favor getting Shelton at least a set. Agree with 3-1 Djokovic.
awesome data provided here!
Glad it was helpful. Thanks for watching.
-Jason Frausto
Just like you said, Djokovic in, at most, 4 sets. Good to see Shelton playing better than his rough time since the AO. I like the way that Shelton does not rely almost entirely on drop volleys like many players seem to. He plays the net more like an old school guy, understanding that he may need to hit more than one volley to end the point.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts Gary. I think you nailed it on the volley constructio/process for Shelton. I'm looking forward to this matchup.
-Jason Frausto
Shelton should consider it a victory to win one set. Dvokovic has too much of everything for Shelton. Dvokovic in 3
Prediction for Shelton = pain.
Am I the only one who see's the value in Ben's +1000 odds? Ben is trending in the right direction and this game could be his holy grail moment. If Djoker gets too tired or injured due to Shelton's aggressive pace it is an easy take away for this kid with nothing to lose
huh Dvok too tired. review Cincinnati if you think being tired will be a factor for Dvok. Shelton has talent for sure but hes Playing the best player hes ever played in Slam semi. i give him almost zero chance of beating Dvok
Shelton will not do good. Straight sets victory for Novak…
I could 100% see it going in three straight sets. This is their first ever meeting so it will take Novak a little while to feel out Ben’s game. Looking forward to the matchup.
-Jason Frausto
@@TennisUnleashed Should still be exciting though. I just feel that Shelton’s game is too raw as of now and the moment will be too big for him against an all-time great who is in excellent form and hungry for number 24…Great video, keep up the good work!
I think you’re on the money. This match should have an energy and excitement to it that the other semi might be lacking. I think we’re in for a good show. More to come.
-Jason Frausto
Excellent as always jason
This was a great vid, I agree with all your points. I think that Novak will get extra irritated by Shelton's on-court antics, namely random shouts after every significant point. Plus, the crowd will get into it, which, I reckon, will give Novak an extra moral boost, paradoxically. I think Djokovic will start off slow and passive like he often tends to do and go one set down and make a comeback. I could see him targeting Shelton's backhand all match long. Ultimately, I agree with your pick: Djokovic in 4
I had a question 🙋♂️- can you tell us about how tennis players prepare for games, from a tactical perspective? What analytics do they cover? Who comes up with those analytics?
I.e - karlovic vs djokovic is 2-1. Which person in Shelton’s team would have to comb through data to come up with that information?
Some of the top players have used a service called “golden set” in the last decade. I believe that scouting service had a price tags of $100,000 per year but would provide match breakdowns of upcoming opponents.
When I was at the USTA we would provide breakdowns of players for Americans in the draw. I would be responsible for “custom match tagging” of opponents. Tennis Australia and the LTA did similar things for their players.
Now players have even more options. Does Ben Sheldon’s team know that Karlovic gave Djokovic fits in his career? I highly doubt it, give me a call team Shelton ;) I would love to do some custom work for Ben.
-Jason Frausto
Let's go No1e 💪💪💪
Really detailed and great explanation..a tip for everyone who bets..wait for the margine on Shelton number of breaks of serve drop from 1.5 ( this is now ) to 0.5 live..and the play over..so he needs one breake..with his monster lefthand forheand its a sure thing..
I expect most people would think Novak will win this and move to the final, so am I!!
Shelton is lack of experience and consistency, first time in a major semi, nervous... of course, but at the same time look at the odds, he knows the chance for him to beat Novak is low, he will try to play his game, even the result can almost be certain, Novak have plenty experience playing someone in Shelton's position > AO semi 2023, 2021, 2019, Wimbledon 2023, 2022, 2021, 2019 ~ all first timer!!
All great points Katerina. Novak has been here before against opponents In similar circumstances. I can’t wait for the match to start.
-Jason Frausto
Anything's possible at Flushing Meadows. Arguably the biggest hitter against the best returner in the game right now. Djokster in 5 if he's not injured... Benny likes to run his opponent will capitalize on that all he can. It's the best defense he's got, tire out Benny as much as humanly possible. Barn burner in the making IMHO
Shelton hardly played 50 matches but reached semis by beating strong players like paul and tiafoe, being lefty i think he has a great potential in future
Agreed 100%. Once he adjusts to life in the tour he’s going to be a tough customer for everyone. And just like Alcaraz, just 20 years old and getting better and better.
-Jason Frausto
how many times have we seen these big servers fail against Nole , love Ben’s game but he doesn’t have the shot tolerance , patience plus he’s gonna have a big shock when most of his big serve will be returned deeply by Nole !!!! That being said he does have his chances against Nole , weather will play a big role , if he doesn’t hesitate to come to the net and doesn’t engage in long baseline rallies and doesn’t go for big second serves he might take the W
Novak is used to playing southpaws! He has played Nadal 59 times afterall.
Indeed. The question is will he be accustomed to higher serve speed from a lefty along with that extra height and serving angle Shelton has? Hyped for this match! Let’s go.
-Jason Frausto
good point but nole is the greatest returner of all time is a fact
And it doesn't come any harder than facing Nadal ❤
@@Jackie-ji2sj that is correct. Novak is immune to left-handers thanks to Rafa.
@@TennisUnleashed Shelton's serve speed is intimidating, but he needs to be more consistent and precise. Once he hones his serve and backhand, watch out. That kid will be tough to beat. But as of now, his serve lacks the consistency and precision to make him an elite server, and his backhand is a liability.
Shelton, Alcaraz are both similar in attitude , which is not attractive.
Great analysis. Would be even better if there was more on what Novak should do well. Yeah he is the greatest, so who are we to tell him, but still…
Regardless, great analysis.
Thank you. All feedback is definitely taken into consideration. This format is new to the channel and I’ll integrate feedback like yours to continue to improve the content.
-Jason Frausto
djokovic will trample him like a cockroach in three sets, he is angry because the media does not recognize him as the best even though he has won 23 grand slams, djokovic wins 100% 24.grenslem
Agreed 100% that Novak is seeking the respect that he deserves. I’m really looking forward to the match tomorrow. It should be entertaining to watch.
-Jason Frausto
I agree 100%
The Joker will make the rookie look stupid.
D- on this (non) analysis
Disagree. Novak in straights and I'd like to see Shelton pull off the upset. I can picture Shelton overhitting the ball out of being anxious. Novak has zero pressure on him. He's already the all-time grand slam champion. Now what Shelton should be thinking, cuz much of this is mental, is I'm not supposed to win. I'm not even supposed win many points. I have no pressure. I've seen so many guys with power and movement who just can't relax. Look what happened to his Serbian opponent. He won the first 2 sets and then completely collapsed, hitting balls a mile out. The only guys who really upset the big 3 were so relaxed like Kyrgios and some others. I'm talking about unranked newcomers. Oh and Novak loves playing lefties.
Disagree. Novak wants this so much as he might retire. Ben is just getting started and has alrrady surpassed expectations. If Ben plays this like there is nothing to lose I can see that being trouble Nole
🤗🎾🥇
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching.

@@TennisUnleashed I believe the next great rivalry will be Alcaraz vs Shelton
Shelton will pick up the phone to call his mommy to get him a ride home....
😂 😂
You got me with this one LOL.
-Jason Frausto
You didn't say what Novak needs to do well to win this game. Otherwise great analysis though.
Always looking to improve the content. Your feedback is well taken and we’ll continue to improve with feedback from our viewers.
-Jason Frausto
Alright ladies and gents. We've got Djokovic vs the ultra aggressive Ben Shelton. Who's taking this one and in how many sets?
-Jason Frausto
I expect joker to take out shelton's legs..
That would be an interesting tactic. Shelton is accustomed to Florida heat and humidity. He should handle the 89 degree heat well. Djokovic could struggle in the heat more than Ben. Looking forward to this one.
-Jason Frausto
COCKY WANNABE VERSUS ABSOLUTE LEGEND... ONLY ONE WINNER 🇷🇸 NO MAGIC DRINK NEEDED
Novak will have a struggle Friday. Still will win in 4
Shelton really has zero per cent of possibility against Djokovic.
The probability isn’t high, but the hype for his match is starting to go through the roof. Can’t wait!
