I love this guy based on how he presented himself and what his company has achieved.
I was expecting he would mention customer centric points when he was asked how to remain cool.
Over time a customer that takes this approach of taking their customers very seriously will take some of the market share of a company that has same technology but focuses on how they grow not how they make customers always want to use them whether it's the users or agents

MoniePoint Merchant POS is the best in Nigeria Market. As a business owner I’d rather pay to get their POS than to collect the big banks POS for free.
Watch out for the guy that asked the second question, he’s cooking something. I know him back in Uni days at Great Ife!
