I fried mine too, luckily I was able to send it back and get another one. I feel like I fried it because I was pouring so much cleaner in it. I didn't use cleaning carts.
I’ve tried all these and my Cyan is not printing out strong enough! 😭 I’ve cleaned it daily for 3 weeks straight and nothing. After doing the napkin and alcohol I can see the Cyan on the napkin but it’s coming out spotted on the nozzle check, even after the print head cleaning. I’m running out of ideas. Help please ! 😭

Sorry, I bought an xp 15000 printer and I have little experience with this model, I'm having problems with the print head that doesn't finish printing well, I've talked to the technical service and they told me what it is, because air is getting into it to the print head, leave the printer for about 24 hours without using it so that the air comes out only due to gravity and if the head will fill with ink, he has told me that I have to remove the two caps for the refillable cartridges but In your video I see that the cartridges have the two caps on, without the two caps, or with the two caps? So do your cartridges ever leak. I bought them and was afraid to install because people were stating they leak and ruined the motherboard and the print head. If u have a link to the kind you use and any issues.
Hey I’m doing a project for my uncle on converting that exact printer into DTF for him. I’m so sorry to bother you about because I could probably look it up myself. But could you possibly link me the cleaning fluid and swabs please?
I found there are a few (cheaper than the OEM) replacement ink, like DTF or sublimation. Of course we would need a chipless firmware/cartridges, but beside that, do I need to do anything to fill it by DTF or sublimation? (I wish it was simple just as filling with a syringe)
Let me ask a stupid question, I'm assuming that the daily cleaning is required because of the DTF ink and would not be required if you used the OEM ink to print photos etc...
Im sure you figured this out by now, but if your properly maintain the printer just like the video, i bet you can leave it for a week. as long as you seal all the fill holes and bottom of the ink cart you can pretty much leave it for a few days.

How long have you been using the XP 15000 continuous for Sublimation? Hearing bad maint tasks.
I don't use for sublimation, I use for DTF. I used for over 6mths before I sold it.
How often do you empty the printer's dirty diaper pail (maintenance box)?
Typically there is an external waste tank hooked up to it so you don't have to mess with replacement and chip resets (WIC)
how long can you keep your inks in the cartridge? let's say you are a weekend printer. can you clean it and store the cartridges to use on weekend?

what would cause the black ink to get into the magenta cartridge?
that's very interesting. i'm not completely sure to be honest.
the black ink could have backfed through the print head into the magenta cartridge. that's my best guess
