And very thoughtful responses as always :)) And yeah we can totally see Crowley a bit lost at the beginning talking to Shax and being like "what's the point?" because his life is basically just reduced to hanging out with Aziraphale and watching their backs to see if Heaven and Hell are coming after them And though he is a quite lazy demon, I think he also sort of needs the structure as Michael was saying to keep him going and a purpose. I don't think he's very good at just doing nothing all the time or doing something unstimulating like Aziraphale's reading, pretty sure he would get bored very quickly so the fact that he doesn't quite know what to do with himself after losing this job that he's had for millennia makes a lot of sense Ugh the depth they bring to these characters and the way a lot of who each of them are relate or draw the other to them is just amazing An incredible dynamic through and through
No one wants to see tech millionares in a cage fight. But David and Michael in a fist fight, that I would watch. On the other hand, I'd watch them having a cup of tea together, too.
