I like Apartment #3. It seems like it has a nice vibe. The price is really good and utilities are included. It has a pool and a nice quiet patio. I also like the code for the garage. Thats super convenient
Agreed that’s the best one and safety seems to be a high priority there I can appreciate that as a woman the price is awesome
I really like the space in Apartment #3. The back splash in that shower was so nice! Apartment 5 is very spacious and love the open concept layout. Also, Smyrna has some really great restaurants 😊.
Apartment #3 was a surprising hit for me!! I was skeptical when looking at the outside😂 they also have great reviews online! Apartment 5 was that girl too though!!

I like apartment #3 the best.The space and utilities are perfect. Not far from downtown but not in the business of downtown. Feels more privately. Good balance. I do feel like number 2 have the best amenities though

I really like apartment #3 but also #4 is really nice. It’s not as modern looking but honestly it still looks really nice and it’s very spacious. I think you’d get more for your money there !

#3. It’s cheaper than all the rest WITH utilities. The apartment spaces/layouts between #3 and #5 are basically identical but #3 is slightly bigger by sq ft. Number three has the tub and washer/dryer in the closet which you liked.
Even though #5 has nicer amenities, they’re basically the same types of amenities (gym, pool, rooftop, common area lounge), just fancier… is it worth the extra $? Are you very sociable or do you keep to your own space/room a lot? What was the parking like for #5? cause #3 was good…
The first two were pricey, tiny, and in more noisy/busy areas. #3 still gives a view of the city skyline but at a distance with more quiet. #4 is not even in the runnings lol.

I live in Georgia and all the apartments in Midtown & Buckhead are expensive plus you have to think about other fees that’s not included in the base rent like pest control, valet trash. Be safe in those areas cause it’s a lot going on. I’m a little older than you seem like a pretty nice young lady be safe. And your right they do break in cars but they will also look in your truck as well don’t leave any valuables in your vehicle. Be safe and Welcome to Georgia
The apartment with the dark flooring and carpet everywhere was a NO for me. I love apartment #2 unit 3 697sqft was nice and airy and bright (good for plants). 1st floor apartments are not safe so the first apartment was also a no. Can't wait to see what you select. I forgot about #5 unit 1 701sq ft. I love that was as well because of the sunlight.

I love appartment 3 and 5 but it depends on what you value because the gym in unit 5 is so much better and for me the people who live around me would also be really important
See that’s how I felt!! I loved the actual apartment for #3 for the space and price, but I loved the amenities, ppl, neighborhood, and physical apartment for #5. You see why I’m conflicted 😂
I’m living in California with a two bedroom and two bath apartment for 1900! The apartments you showed are so nice! You got a steal with the third place! Last two were so small for price.
I was contemplating getting a two bedroom especially with wanting an office space, but for the area it’s out of my budget as of now. I loved #5 mainly because of the amenities that came with it and the modern look. Def was small for the price in my opinion too, but I guess you’re paying for more than the apartment technically. Where in California do you live because that sounds like a steal in Cali!!!!

@@ToniBryceTV yes I moved in 2015 and it was the best decision. It is safer (considering you are a young woman) and there is so much in the area (restaurants, shops, bars, the battery/baseball stadium, mall - literally everything you need). It is also 20 min from midtown so you’re still close to the city.
I have a single family member who lives in Smyrna. She loves it! I love visiting her there. She moved from Midtown due to the crime. Her apartment was absolutely beautiful but her car was broken into multiple times. She had to move. Understand that cars get broken into; even though, you are parking in a garage. Stay extremely vigilant in Midtown.
