- hi! recently i realized how much change the 2 years have brought to me and how much i and my thinking have changed. that has left me feeling confused and wondering and i sat down this week to ramble about all that.

I think a lot of us can relate to this dilemma of "not knowing ourselves anymore but also loving ourselves more" because of the losses and on the flipside, gains we got from the pandemic. We had to sacrifice a lot of our hobbies, jobs, social interactions, and interests in general because of covid, and I feel like people have in a way paused/slowed down for the last two years. And during those two years when a lot has been taken from you, you kind of unknowingly start to reflect on yourself that makes you learn more about you yourself, outside of the social groups we normally out ourselves in more often. And now when the world is finally opening, you've done all this reflecting that mightve changed your perspective on things but also distanced yourself from the things you used to do and loved doing, that it feels difficult to get back into those things. And that I'd say is what makes us feel lost in ourselves at the same time: You really have to ask yourself what now? Try going back to the things you used to love, but also use this as a chance to try something new that you wouldn't have been interested in/simply didn't have the time to try out before. Use that self reflection you spend so much time doing during the pandemic to create the new Vilma 2.0. A very long ramble but hopefully this made some sense
