Cheesecakes or cheese packets - A delicious and different recipe

It is a slightly different recipe from the others because it does not contain egg in the composition. The result is exceptional.

270 ml warm milk
5 g of salt
7 g dry yeast
the peel of a lemon
3 sachets of vanilla sugar
75 g of butter
130 g of sugar
500 g of cow's cheese
40 g raisins
