My all time favorite rom-com is Hope Floats with Sandra Bullock and Harry Connick, Jr. The dance scene where they dance to Garth’s version of To Make You Feel My Love and Harry says to her, “just breathe”. 😍 I melt every time!!!

While You Were Sleeping is my all time favorite. Then, Ever After, Pretty Woman and The Proposal. You have to watch 50 Dates! The subject matter is sad but there is a lot of laughs and a great ending. Sending love from another Texas girl🤠

Kelly knows her rom-coms! I don't particularly enjoy most, however "The Cutting Edge" (the original) takes the cake for me. "The Proposal" is fun, as is "Holiday in Handcuffs". I recently saw "Pillow Talk", which is rather dated but the chemistry between Rock Hudson and Doris Day is great.

Fun fact (at least to me), 10 Things I hate about you was filmed in Tacoma Washington. The school is Stadium High School, originally built as a hotel. It's affectionately called the Brown Castle around here. My mom, kids, siblings and other family members all attended Stadium. My oldest son was an "extra" in the film and I can see a VERY short glimpse of him in one scene. All that being said, I really had fun watching that film.

SAME. They're definitely in my top 5. I thought they'd be my top 2 but then when I think of how many other amazing romcoms there are it's hard to choose which are best. These 2 I've probably seen the most.

I only knew the answer to Ever After cause I LOVE that movie, Mean Girls (cause I mean who doesn't know and love that movie) and the last question about the The Time of My Life song cause even though I haven't seen the movie, I know and love the song! I honestly haven't seen any of the other movies. I guess I'm just not a big rom-com person. There are a few I've watched and enjoyed. It's just that none of them listed on here other than Ever After and Mean Girls are ones that I've seen.
There are a lot of great rom coms. If I had to try to choose a top 5, at least at this moment I would have to go with: When Harry Met Sally, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Pretty Woman, You've Got Mail, and Two Weeks Notice. And I'll give an honorable mention to Definitely, Maybe because it's amazing but I don't think it gets the love it deserves.

YESSS!!! I LOVE that movie, too! I adore Bonnie Hunt in everything anyway. Especially Only You. I loved everything about that film. The "old school" guys, the scenery (I grew up in St. Louis and lived in Chicago for a few years). Not to mention, it really touched me since my son-in-law just received a kidney transplant last year that not only obviously saved his life, but he and my daughter are also now expecting their first child in April after trying for 7 years!

My favorite Rom Com are You Got Mail, Pretty Woman and Sleepless In Seattle. Those are my top 3. But if I had a top 5 I would also had 50 first date and Nothing Hill.

I guessed right that Jennifer Aniston had done the most rom-coms. Julia Roberts ruled that in the 90s, but she diversified her roles, taking on more dramatic roles later in her career, like in Erin Brockovich and August Osage County, becoming an Oscar winner and nominee. Same with Sandra Bullock and Reese Witherspoon. They won Oscars, for The Blind Side and Walk The Line, respectively, and Sandra acted in more serious roles like in Gravity, Bird Box, Speed, The Unforgivable, while Reese got Wild, Devil's Knot, Rendition, Water for Elephants, Big Little Lies, the Morning Show. I haven't seen many films of Drew lately, as she has been focusing more on her talk show, while it seems like Jen Aniston keeps putting rom-com after rom-com, recently another film with Adam Sandler. The only more dramatic roles I've seen of her taking were in Cake, and The Morning Show. I would've put Cameron Diaz and Meg Ryan in the list too.

13 Going on 30 was what solidified me knowing I was gay. Mark Ruffalo in that movie was so damn charming!!! The moment at the swing when she comments on his arm hair made me realize I wanted a man with arm hair. 😅😅😅
This quiz sounds like so much fun, though I don't know if I would have done well since I have not scene all these movies like "Mean Girls" (and I have no desire to....ever). But some of my favorite romcoms are: 27 Dresses, My Best Friend's Wedding, Runaway Bride, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, The Wedding Planner, You've Got Mail, Notting Hill, 10 Things I Hate About You (which would probably be in my top 5 choices) and Clueless.

How is no one talking about 13 Going on 30?? By far my favorite romcom of all time (and I love basically all of the classic ones), and probably in my top 3 movies of all time. I have watched that movie a handful of times and it still gets me all emotional. ❤

My favorites are: “She’s The Man”, “The Holiday”, “the Proposal”, “Letters to Juliet”, “Pride and Prejudice” (I find this movie funny), “While You Were Sleeping”, “The Wedding Planner”, “Sweet Home Alabama”, “You’ve Got Mail”, “Kate & Leopold”, “10 Things I Hate About You”, “Under the Tuscan Sun”, “Austenland” and “Leap Year”. I gravitate towards movies with pretty scenery.
