Also please let me know how did you get the student ID, from the German enrolled college?
I got 3 check in of 23 kgs for economy vistara in student ID. You can also take flexi ticket of theirs. You get 32 kgs 2 bags & 23 kgs 1 bag in check in :)
For student Id, i just used the enrollment letter i got from my university :)

We have created this single counter checkpoints for foreigners at European airports, especially for the British. Sorry for the inconvenience. Since the British left the EU, they can't use anymore the EU counters and have to queue up with for instance Indian people, which they don't like. We, as EU citizens, like that they don't like this. This is Brexit.

So did you book your train in advance? Or booked it after reaching there? Also at airport finally how much time did it take for clearance despite the long queue?
Took me an hour for clearance, an hour for baggage as well because it was a peak time for all the immigrants & frankfurt is quite a big & popular airport!
Yea, i booked ICE from before else prices go high real quick. I booked it on dbnavigator the day i booked my flight tickets :))

Sorry to bother u, ma'am. But I'm like really scared and frustrated atm. My institute doesn't give much percentage to it's students, even if it's a govt institute. Like it's pretty hard to score even 70%. I think my aggregate will be around 65%. But there r several courses who wants a German grade of 2.5 minimum just for application. I've been planning to study my master's in Germany. But looking at my current scenario I'm pretty anxious.
I can totally understand! Even DU doesn’t give much % in India. But u still got scope in public unis here IMO. As colleges like DU are top tier, they might consider a bit low % with consideration of other factors! Keep trying

Well really depends on how much before you book it, whether you take layovers or not.. and which airline you take. Really depends on the demand… the time I flew was a busy one & thus was expensive:)
