My boss used to make this balsamico vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, peppers, olives etc.) and we would eat them with burrata and roasted pine nuts, reminds me of this. I absolutely love it can you make your version of it 🙏🏼 ❤

I am used to seeing the recipe for amounts or hearing the amounts but the last 2 recipes I've watch have no recipe and while I know how to make meatballs guessing at how much vinegar is another story. I love your videos and have been subscribed. I look for the recipes on your blog but they're not there. Please help.

Doubtful. Americans add sugar to everything, usually erroneously.
This Italian adds a little honey...I come from a long line of Italians that did that.
