I "played" AFK Arena for a couple years almost entirely just so I could admire the art. Thanks for the video.
some people in this comment section just clicked on this video to hate on the game that wasn't meant for them and isn't harming them. if you haven't played Tower Defense games, AUTO CHESS, some turn based strategy game hell even WARCRAFT 3. then this isn't for you, get over it. they just basically read "AFK" and assumed you don't have to play, the same people who play ELDEN RING and not read Instructions or any text on the screen and then Give up, game is too hard, game sucks. cause they attacked an NPC that proceeds to show them they're bad at gaming. GG mates.
Well said. . . They think Idle games means you don't do anything. . . it's idle because you watch it fight instead of controlling. . . It's definitely not everyone's cup of tea but it's market is definitely out there

Finally Lucky dives head first into the vast and rewarding genre of incremental games! This genre blasts you with nonstop "number go up" dopamine hits followed up with the deep satisfaction of seeing your maticulously planned min/max progression build come to fruition (or just picking what looks fun and seeing where things end up).
I did not expect to ever be into this kind of genre but once I played a few of them I was hooked, so give it a try, maybe you will become an incremental enthusiest for life!

Any game that touts "not playing the game" as a feature immediately kills all my interest.

Same! What’s the point of “not playing” a game?! Even games that have auto run to fight, auto fight, auto run back, kill my interest.
The afk aspect with idle games is you let the heroes just fights on their own. . . While you watch hence the idle aspect. . . That said this game is upgrade they added mmo aspects on an idle game hence you also get to explore the world
Literally the most boring dogshit ever. It's a shame because the graphics and interface are nice, but there's zero gameplay.
Back to RAID I guess, at least you have to do stuff there...
