SubhanAllah! Such an amazing journey. I am so happy I came across it today. So sad that there was no access to the Scholars for women. Shocked to learn that they had no classes for women in South Africa. So far removed from the Sunna and the Islamic tradition.
My husband gave me a booklet from the 1980's about "Women in the Masajid" from an Institute in South Africa. They were extremely against women praying or seeking knowledge in public spaces even Masajid.

Yes, that's what I was wondering. I respect the sister so much and listen to her lectures daily, but we are not allowed to mix n mingle with the opposite gender as they could be non-mahrem? Or does this not apply when you are giving dawah/teaching. I sometimes get confused as I see a lot of our female elders in my culture mix and mingle with non-mahrem men. Is there a certain age in islam where you can free mix to a certain degree?? I mean, no disrespect or hurt to anyone sitting on the panel, I have a huge amount of respect for everyone on the panel. I'm simply asking to expand my knowledge as my main purpose in life is to be an obedient servant of Allah subhanatallah so that i, too, can become a woman of jannah, inshallah.
Women does Not have Fard and obligation like men!
Muslims needs to stoo be emotional and more practical
