Clary is not dead! Jonathan took her to Edom and they actually switched the roles around it was actually Jace who was suppose to be bonded with Jonathan. Not clary But yes Clary is still alive but now bonded with Jonathan. It's going to get interesting. Clarissa all evil and everything.
