Usually no one pays for Copa's business class, most costumers just get upgraded. However Copa's loyalty resides on its main cabin, which might be the best economy class in Latin America. Airfares are expensive for most people here, so the market is actually growing with more and more low cost options. Copa is one the few legacy airlines that remain and offer a hot meal between Panama and Miami (while American just handles some peanuts). Even Avianca stopped having propor business class and now they offer 2-2 configuration called "Avianca Premium", you have to pay for everything else. Once again, very price sensitive region.
Thatâs actually really smart when you explained.

Itâs business class. Business people. Itâs a lot easier to work when thereâs less noise, and charging ports nearby(which I assume are in the lounge) when you need to make a few last corrections to a document or send a message on slack before you leave to your workers. It is kind of a big deal if your a legitimate business person but yea, heâs too critical of the accommodations provided by the airline company
He literally said âno big dealâ. Clean your fucking ears
Business Class is Business Class. If the Standard is to have a Airline Lounge, and you don't have ANYTHING, it's a Valid Complaint. Not to mention the Food Portions seems rather small too.

"Latin america" isn't a geographical definition. Central america can be considered north america. When people consider north and south america two continents then central america is a part of north america
North America's most southern country is indeed Panama. There are only North America and South America, and even those are an arguably arbitrary division, since America is a continent not a country (the Panama Canal is a man-made division). Now, culturally, PanamĂĄ is historically South American (having been separated from Colombia later). Geopolitically, Central America is counted separately because it became independent from MĂ©xico at the time of the colonies' independence from Spain. However, many aspects of Central American and Mexican culture are very similar. And it is indeed the same land mass.
