I have a set i put on my truck last year. One on the gooseneck in the bed and one for the bumper hitch. A year later and now both are cloudy. How are your holding up?
I had to splice into our pre-wired hookup. Our rig was not plug and play. We just had the Mount and the “plug”. I think it was prewired for Furion also.
I've been watching a few videos on this topic yet nobody really shows where the camera was installed on a far shot or I missed it. Do you install high or low?
On our Jayco, along with most rv’s, you install on top. There is normally a place up there to mount it. I have never seen anyone mount it low, but that does not mean it can’t be done. Happy and safe travels.
Everything that I needed to install the camera onto the tv was already there. I would suggest looking at different new rv’s to see what I’m talking about. The mounts are usually pre-installed.

Hey bill..Im guessing you powered up your camera by plugging into your truck or hitting the battery switch...?
Our RV has a 12v connection where the camera mount is.

what kind of mounting plate did you use on that camera?
The actual “mount” was installed at the factory at Jayco. The camera comes with another bracket to mount anywhere.
why did you skipped attaching camera to adapter?
I didn’t skip attaching the mount. It was already there, from the factory.
@@bssgkmsd8you have removed plastic cover plate, right? or you attached (screw in directly to this cover plate) ?
It attached direct to this mount.
On mine the picture would come and go so I had to send it back.
