I agree, even though though this is the bottom trim level it still is pretty loaded for its class. This is by far the best maximal nissan has built since the 2013 model generation. I have to say this nissan is my new dream car. Before is saw this maximal in this video I was in love with the 2013 Dodge Charger, but now like I said this is my new dream car. I just want to say thank you for showing this awesome in depth look at the 2016 nissan maxima . I am seriously considering buying this car !!!!!

Another enjoyable review of a vehicle I'm considering. However, none of your reviews, or anyone else's for that matter, tell me one thing I'd like to know, which is: how is the stereo? I would hate to show up at a dealership to purchase a lower level Maxima to find I wasted my time because the stereo wasn't minimally decent.
+canddmeyer It sounds great to me however the sound of the stereo is a very subjective topic. Not only that it depends on the person's personal expectations, it also depends on the type of music played. Some things are very hard to convey in a video... sound of the stereo and the test-drive experience (among other things) are best experienced by the actual buyer before making a final decision.

+Jason Sonexay Thanks Jason! I am trying really really hard to communicate with a dealer in Wilmington regarding Mazda, Kia and Acura vehicles. I produced 3 sample videos for their consideration about a month ago and they haven't even bothered to watch them yet. Ignorance and apathy towards anything internet related is a surprising characteristic that I keep running into at most dealerships.
Grand Strand Nissan is quite the opposite... they are easy to deal with and I will work really hard to support their dealership.

Cuz anything under the SL trim (S, and SV) dont have the Bose system. So there isnt anything special about the sound system.

Yes. The engine coolant temp gauge is at the bottom of the tachometer. How you can tell if it is the transmission temp is the gear symbol.

+king semos This car actually feels like a regular transmission... it shifts through 7 gears with stepped acceleration. Check out my test-drive video.
Car doesn't have side mirror lights and costs $33,000, that is shameful on Nissan's part.
Cars costing $20,000 have that feature...Nissan is just getting too cheap, and that is going to hurt its sales.
Beautiful car horrible transmissions. I wanted to get one but after my 2007 and 2016 altimas required multiple cvt replacemts I won't go near one
