Such a gem!! So wonderful to see history preserved
They should still teach kids like this
No! Kids don’t learn by you slapping them
@@s99m88 they need to be responsible for there actions or they grow up being protesters in Portland
@@MrJeep75 that was the most random thing I've seen today and I live rent-free in Twitch
I remember going on a field trip to this schoolhouse to experience what it was like and I thought they were going to hit me 😀

LOL I had a teacher in high school that still did the nose-in-the-circle on the chalkboard punishment for disrupting the class. And that was in the 1960s! Plus, we were still using those types of desks since it was a school building built in 1914.
It’s very interesting to learn about history like that and to see what a one room school house was like but I would never be able to function in one because it sounds terrible.
I love history
Cool wish we had one here
That dress is really her
I love to have a educational privilege and experience with some type of beautiful certificate of completion in a pioneer one room school. It could be very enriching and encouraging to have up to a 36 months experience.
Of course I will have to my medicine as needed.
Back then i wouldve said fuck school and moved out west to become a gunslinger lmao
In movies and stories I’ve heard of pointless rules like speak when you’re spoken to, I would never obey those rules you couldn’t pay me to have a those rules.
Who would have kept the stoves loaded?
What happened to our educational system???
The government interfered and took the power away from the parents.
The teacher is too strict
Nah, behave yourself and you won't have to worry about it. School is for learning and to practice self control. Not act like a spoiled, woke brat who needs a boot in the tambourine if and when needed. Behave, and you won't have a problem. Schools were still practicing much of this when I went to school way back in the day.
