- The yacht delivery of a beautiful Rustler 42 from Bermuda to the Azores.
We provided two highly qualified and experienced Ocean Yacht Masters to assist the owner of this stunning boat.
The Rustler 42 is a fabulous yacht and is highly capable. An amazing ocean-going machine!
The owner was delighted and said the following:
"Mark and Susan the joint skippers on the trip were fantastic helpful knowledgeable positive and supportive. The trip back from Antigua to Bermuda and across the Atlantic to the Azores was a real pleasure. I am so pleased that I did not ship my Rustler 42 back from the Caribbean ( at more than twice the cost) and decided to sail her back. I would unreservedly recommend Halcyon Yacht deliveries..."

I thank the boat owner for allowing this and I pay my respects to the two master sailors.
I have criticisms of Rustler shipyard from my own perspective, but it is also true that I love the quality products they make.
I hope Rustler shipyard presents/promotes its products to potential customers through professionals like you, rather than so-called yacht magazine experts.

Beautiful video on a beautiful boat. You say it is cheaper than shipping (and also a lot more fun!) but can you give a comparison of costs please? Very rough ballpark figures unless you want to provide more details. Many thanks.
The right boat for the job. I have an old ,very, First 501 which has the engine in the middle of the saloon. She is ex charter and I alway thought that it was to enhance the room for two ensuite aft cabins. Either way it works very well. Another great video, you lucky so and soes.😀
Great film and stunning boat to do the hop. Assume Halcyon is a day rate for the team or do you do lump sum for a passage? Do you do an assessment of the boat before you take it on a leg with or without owner? Is there a minimum accomodation standard for your crews? E.g. Would you take a swan 36 or tessie 32 across with the owner or too small?

The Orca story demonstrates why anything offshore mandates a yacht with an encapsulated keel and skeg hung rudder.
