Can someone tell me why some Hairstylists bleach the babyhairs like that? I never did this. What is the difference between bleached baby hairs and unbleached babyhairs?
If you bleach baby hairs the look will look lighter and blonder if you don't it'll look a little bit darker.
What would you do to take blue out of hair???
