ahh, nice 411 of Del Perro! But, don't forget the jump from the stairs towards the water
and face plant thing, aha. I forget which step it is. it is a fun spot to do a rampage vs popo, bc they can
only come in from heli, or from way down the pier..not surround you and cut you to pieces..as long as you
stay clear of the boats..but they're of min effect in this case, anyways.
