I really love the new stile of the spotlights. They are not focused so hard on the overpowered champions but are filled with more jokes and in my opinion that is wayyyy better. And also helps to prevent the spotlights from being too repetitive. Hope you read this matt and also please dont overwork yourself for the spotlights. Do what makes you happy!

You probably won't see this but I'll say it anyway, I really love your content, personality and over all you as a person. I hope you didn't post this because you felt like you needed to for veiws. I loved the original champion spotlights but this felt off somehow, probably because your heart wasn't in it. Maybe it's just me but it seemed like you enjoyed your vlogs more, probably not the process of recording every day but more so the process of editing. It seemed like you enjoyed it and put real effort into it, not that you didn't put effort into this but it just felt like you weren't feeling it. Like you don't feel as though this channel is really yours anymore. I hope I'm wrong and you really do enjoy what you do, Because honestly man you deserve it. Best of luck, love you man.
I couldnt have said it better myself… It is fun that his spotlights are back but I also feelt that this video wasnt really that good compared to his other work. The editing wasnt really as great or the jokes. If you continue with the spotlights again karp, well then I hope you will improve after this to reach the quality that your videos usually have and Im not saying this because your videos are bad. I love all of mat's content, vlogs and every thing. But I was really sad when he said he was quitting actual champion spothlight, and only accepted it because he said he rlly needed to stop em. But when this one was out, I as many other fans, was so happy. And it didn't feel off at all. Maybe okay, he did better ones (udyr and ivern are the bes imo) but this one is good as all his ACS ^^
Everyone saying that Matt went back on his word obviously didn’t listen to the first couple minutes. He said he was originally doing a one off kindred video for April fools but when that fell through he probably still felt obligated to put one out in its place. We aren’t getting anymore spotlights and Matt isn’t going back on his word and even if he did start putting them back out why would you all troll him in response instead of being grateful it doesn’t make sense you all beg for them back and then act like a bunch of know it all jerks saying “no one will ever trust him” and “only dunkey doesn’t go back on his word” like seriously that’s what you want to say in response to Matt being generous enough to put this out fuck no wonder he stopped putting in that much effort when his community responds like this.
