The ‘fish cone’ is actually called taiyaki, named after the tai (Red Sea bream). It’s a popular street food that’s usually filled with things like red bean paste, custard, chocolate, cheese, sweet potato, okonomiyaki, gyozo filling or sausage. There’s also another smaller, similar version called kingyoyaki (baked goldfish). My personal favourite is custard :)
