Pico de gallo tip- marinate the onions with lime and salt before adding it with the other ingredients. Makes a huge difference!

Thereâs specific reasons why you breakout in the places you do and itâs basically always something thatâs going on inside your body. If youâre finding your cheeks are flaring up, sometimes it could mean your stomach or lungs may be inflamed. But, i will say Iâve been breaking out like crazy as well since quarantine and definitely am feeling like stress has a lot to do with that. Love your guysâ videos so much!

My dermatologist told me that something about removing the fat from milk to make 2% or skim makes the hormones in the milk imbalanced or something. Switching from 2% to whole cleared up half my acne. That would also explain why the cream didnât really affect your acne but the milk does.

we love fish tacos, we mess with the recipe all the time, but our best tacos turned out when we cooked the fish (tilapia) on the stove with a little bit of olive oil, and we seasoned the fish really well with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and S&P. we topped it with avocado, homemade (healthy) cole slaw, and sauteed peppers. the rice and black beans you guys made looks amazing tho!
we live a couple hours away from the actual outer banks so i cant wait to check out that show

Try adding lime, salt & tajin for the rim. Add half a lemon juice, 2 spoonfuls of a Mexican chamoy sauce (itâs not spicy) either the sweet candy chamoy or regular. Some valentina, & 1/4 of Clamato. Authentic micheladasđ„°â€ïž!

I noticed that happened to me when I started consuming more dairy!!! I usually eat minimal dairy like a little bit of cheese and only use almond milk if any milk at all. Super convinced the breakout is most likely caused by dairy!
My husband and I have a Traeger grill and on ours, you add the wood pellets and that smokes the meat. But we have to plug the actual grill in for the power source in order to burn the pellets. đ itâs a super simple set up!

Hey Julia,
The breakout on your face could be due to the medical mask that you wear into the store. Not 100% sure but that is where the mask would touch your face. My mom had that happen to her, she asked the pharmacist because her face was breaking out like that. The pharmacist said that some people are having an allergic reaction to the mask. He couldn't guarantee that's what it was from but it didn't start for her until she started wearing the mask while out getting essentials.

I love the food planning conversations and how exicited you guys get about meals. We are the same way! We just went to Costco tonight and stocked up! We bought the rotisserie chicken slices for sandwiches which i think you have bought before and we toasted fresh french loaf bread and put cheese and butter. Soo good. That was our dinner tonight! Tomorrow will be open faced hamburgers on fresh greens salad!

You can boil the peels from the pineapple for a good 20 minutes. And it makes a really yummy tea just add sugar or honey, I use cane sugar and you can keep it in the fridge to drink cold through the week too!

I loved this!! I go to school at TCU and I definitely miss being in the Texas atmosphere. Your videos are so amazing and always make my day!! I had acne for so many years I did a video on it and how I healed mine. But I totally recommend trying different products. I know for me that if I used a face wash for too long of time it had a change in my skin, or even eating certain foods.
