And I do not know any worthwhile sites that will offer this. But if you at some point are able to prove you can send a lot of quality traffic you might be able to negotiate with some of the good sites to pay you per sign up. But for a start, you should focus on learning how to send the right people to the right platforms if you long-term want to make money with referrals.

If you get paid via PayPal, it will automatically be converted into your PayPal account currency when you withdraw. When it coems to gift cards, it depends on the platform and the gift card you get.
