I had no idea until I saw this video that they had made this movie into a Broadway musical and I live in NYC. I haven't heard anyone talking about it or recommending it, like the buzz there was surrounding Lion King, Wicked, Book of Mormon or Hamilton. I'm glad it's such a success.

For a long time people have said that Back to the Future is the perfect movie and it should never ever be remade. But doing it as a musical is a really inventive way of remaking it but doing so in a way that it doesn't tarnish the original in any way since its a slightly different medium.

This was so much fun to watch and very informative too. This cast is a great bunch of people and, like Richard Ridge, I've seen this show seven times because it really is as joyous as described here. It's theatre with its heart on its sleeve and I can't wait to go back to Back To The Future.
