    Mutton/ Chicken -500g ( With Bone)
    Water-2 Litre ( more as needed)
    Salt-To taste
    Cinnamon stick-1 small piece
    Wheat- 1 Cup ( Soaked overnight)-
    Ghee- 1/4 cup ( As needed)

    Hello! Could you tell the time of “ten whistles” please? I have another kind of pressure cooking pot and there is no whistles so I would like to know how long should I boil meat or porridge. 🙏🏻

      Its the regular wheat only. But its peeled, and packed specially for harees. Harees is a traditional middle eastern dish, its served during special occasions here in U.A.E and a must have in ramadan, very healthy and delicious.

      No. This is a traditional Arabic dish, you can have with curry if you want. But adding onion and tomato won't work.

    10 whistles in my pressure cooker is like 5 minutes on low flame. It takes 35 minutes for the meat to be tender, normally. I suppose the meat should be tender enough to separate it from the bone, correct?
