We can change patterns of thought after about 6 weeks of repetition. Thus if we tell ourselves every day we are - for example- happy, unique, confident (even if we are lying to ourselves), we’ll believe it. (See info about neuroplasticity).

All I can remember is being screamed at her, so I don't have the same reaction. She wasn't the same IRL.
I did visualization, prayer, music, color and nature therapy my oncologist said my last cancer scan looked perfect. I visualized the area with cancer was my meadow of beautiful flowers and the radiation was a lazer that was zapping and killing the weeds in my meadow. Mind and body are connected 💓

I was very sick and discovered humming brought me relief. Then I realized it was the healing power of "Ommm".
I always have negative thought about myself and things I've done wrong. a year or so ago I started randomly humming in order to stop. Funny how we just do that.
All we have to do is get into a relaxed state......if that has to come first, we're all doomed. I like the practice of putting my face into a smile, even when I'm freaking out with rage or fear. If you continue to do it for several minutes, it actually makes you feel better. You don't have to be able to control your mind, just your smiling muscles. I did this a lot when I had cancer. That and read Simington's book, eat no sugar (which feeds cancer cells) and make myself walk for half an hour every day. That was 6 years ago.

My affirmations start with ’I am’ and ends with the base form of a word. E.g. ’I am love’ - the reason I do this instead of ’I am loved’ is because using the base form of for eaxmple love’ is affirming that I am the literal embodiment of love - I shine love. The word ’loved’ assumes a 3rd party as loving me. I apply this to all my words in my affirmation - I am light, I am happiness, I am wealth, I am beauty, I am kindness, I am compassion, I am light, I am laughter, I am spirit, etc.
This was wonderful! I had the pleasure of meeting Louise while taking a course to teach her Methods. She was a pioneer of teaching The Mind/Body Connection. I would like the music on this video to be lower, as her voice is having to compete!

Although I have not put it to use yet, I'm glad I found this. This is the most easy to follow meditation manifestation explanation. I didn't realize how easy it is to hate yourself in life as you develop depression throughout the years. I hope to find some guidance on how to love myself and overcome life's hardest moments.

I never thought I would get in to financial industry, God gave it to me
I never thought I would have a chance to work in a investment bank, God arranged it for me

I never thought I was from a poor family but worked with ppl with Cambridge degree

I read your book You can Heal your life, I can go to the mirror now and not cry telling myself I love me, and look at myself. Its quite emotional, powerful to smile at myself and feel good about it! I lose weight I have to remind myself I am in charge of me, forgive myself more loving me I see change inside me, thank you so much.
Visualisations are absolutely vital. Suggest only loving healing images and FEELING the colours healing areas of the body in need - only see these areas saturated in healing white and blue lights, but seeing these areas glowing and healed. No need to address the unhealthy cells or cancers eg. Keep focusing and seeing and feeling healthy tissue - if pain etc really needs 'transforming', use red, soothing and breathing out blue. Be kind to the body, love it don't 'kill' anything. Love is the force of the strongest kindness. Dissolve and transform all anger ☺️

Hello JustMotivation, I looked for an email address so I wouldn't have to write this note in the comments & I don't use any of your social media. I saw Louise in person in Kansas City, Missouri, many, many years ago & had to drive 400 miles to get there. I also listened to her radio channel, I think it was called, The Wisdom Channel for many, many years. I bought many of her books. I am so glad she says in this clip that sometimes it takes people a Long Time to start manifesting because Old stuff is piled inside. I am one of those people due to Absolutely Horrifying Things happening to me my entire childhood, plus beyond. But I am glad she was the ONE person who said this. (I don't think Dispenza has ever said it NOT all the people from "The Secret".....which goes back a long way.) This was very damaging to the manifestation movement....it doesn't work for many people because of the Wrong teaching.
However, I am writing now because I've recently seen, several times, some untruths/Lies being told about Louise. Once I started looking at your videos I started to get videos from other people about the "20 Words" to manifest Everything. They have desparaged Louise. The Ad that ran DURING this video/your video above, was Oprah Winfrey saying she had hired Researchers to test all online videos about manifesting & they discovered that all manifestation videos are the Wrong Frequency and don't help anyone. (Oprah Winfrey hangs around with the Wrong people,,,,, those who do Not have the best interests of Americans at heart. Among other things Oprah is one of the people who traveled to Jeffrey Epstein's Lolita Island.) I just wanted you to know that these types of Ads are appearing DURING your videos. I don't know whether you can do anything about it.
