Hello Abhijeet, well explained. Could you advise what could be cause for brake pedal hard while driving at bumper to bumper traffic. Its hard for sometime, later its ok.. again same was repeating. observed this issue for the first time in my elite i20 asta (o) 2019. model.

भाई जी गुडमोर्निंग। मेरे पास आल्टो 800 है । एक दिन में 4 बार ब्रेक नही लगा ।ब्रेक बिल्कुल आसानी से नीचे दब जा रहा था तो मैं गाड़ी बन्द किया और मेकेनिक को दिखया मेकेनिक देखने के बाद बोला की ब्रेक तो सही है। उसने 10 बार जांच किया। फिर मैं अपने घर 10 किलोमीटर कार चला के लाया।ब्रेक की समस्या नही हुई। अगले दिन मैं एक दूसरे मेकेनिक के पास ले गया उसने 20 किलामीटर कार चला कि देखा एक बार भी ब्रेक का प्रॉब्लम नही आया उसने ब्रेक के सभी पार्ट चेक किया वो भी सही मिला। उसको मैं जबरदस्ती और भी ब्रेक ऑयल डलवा दिया बोलकर। फिर मैं उसको बोलै की बूस्टर और मास्टर सिलिंडर चेंज कर दो क्योकि मैं रिस्क नही लेना चाहता।तो उसने बोलै की क्यो पैसे बर्बाद कर रहे हो अगर प्रॉब्लम आनी होती तो 20 किलोमीटर चलने के बाद आ ही जाती । आपकी ब्रेक में कोई समस्या नही है।फिर कार को लेकर मैं घर आ गया।
प्लीज़ मुझे रिप्लाई जरूर करे मैं बहुत टेन्सन मैं हु।।

Sirji mere pas i20 cedi asta 2009 model he mene rear side dono paiya me disc turn and pad change karvaya he . Jab bhi gadi thode Kilometres chalti he to dono age vale paiya ki disc jyada garam ho jati aur wheel rim bhi garam ho jati he to kya ho sakta he
Brake to charo paiya me ek sath lagta he to disc or pad ke bich ka gap setting karna padta he kya or kaise karte he

Ek baat running highway per aise he paddle low gya tha per lower per break lag rahe the. Ye problem 30 min rahi fir aaj 15days ho gya hai ye problem nahi hi.
Mechanic ko dekhya to bole dobera hoye problem to car leker aye or un ko break mai koi bhi issue nahi laga. Mai kya kru derta hu khi accident na hojye to car kam use ker raha hu. Same baat service center vale bhi bole.

@@a2zcarservice Bro my current rear brake pads have come to end of its life. Last time when I changed the brake pads in service centre, it cost me Rs. 3200 in 2016. Now the same rear brake pads are priced at Rs. 8100. I can't understand why the priced has increased by Rs.5000 under 3 years. So I am thinking of after market brake pads.

Bhai shayad apke wheel cylinders leak hai, please chk by removing tyres or you tight the oil pressure pipe line attached to rear wheels

First to check pump pressure by fuel pressure gauge. It must be 35 psi to 50 psi. If pressure is low. That's mean pump is faulty. You need to open and Clean pump filter. It may helpful for you. Otherwise change the fuel tank pump.
