I shared another benefits sir after doing this exercise. Sir I followed this. My one problem is uti. Many more doctor check up but nothing. One uncle told me ukdu exercise. I was laughing 1st time but socha dekhte hai ekbar.. After 1 month done no uti infection then I think why?? But answer is in front of me. Then everyday I doing this still now. My ankle pain gone, acidity, and prostate use. Sir I love your amla video, and this video also.
