The fact that Hoboken was in so many movies shows you how great of a station it is.
Ian V. Raybeck I love Hoboken Train Station Glen Ridge is my home train station that I get on all the time so it was kind of cool to see it they showed it as Wesley but it was really cool to see the outside of it. And to see Morgan Freeman at Glen Ridge as well that is awesome
Ian V. Raybeck bro if the muppets in it then Hoboken is legendary
september 29 2016 doe
your dog has down syndrome
LOL, yes.
A TV series, of course....
THE ADVENTURES OF PETE & PETE, which used to film around East Orange. I believe one episode explored the whole "penny on the track" urban legend. That episode featured an NJ Transit commuter train passing by for a few seconds.❤
In Atlantic City (1980) a NJ Transit GMC New Look suburban configured bus was used as the male lead was boarding the bus from Atlantic City to New York.
It’s so weird for me to railfan and live by some of these stations. The most thing that got me thinking was the Glen Ridge one, with all the hustle and bustle’ and me, standing on set of a movie
Swimfan (2002) had a scene, I believe on the Pascack Valley Line with a GP40FH-2 (4141) and a Comet I set going through a crossing.
Can you send the link plz if you don't mind
You forgot "Confessions Of A Teenage Drama Queen" starring Lindsay Lohan. There's a scene where she and her friend have to catch the train to New York and they show a few shots (albeit brief) of different NJ Transit trains.
also Guess Who with Ashton Kutcher where they had a RVL in Cranford
That scene from Funny Girl looks more like the ex-CNJ Communipaw station in Jersey City (now part of Liberty State Park). At the time it would have just recently been closed, which would make it an ideal filming location
0:22 the candy store at Hoboken train station was destroyed when the train hit druing the runaway
You missed Coyote Ugly. That was Filmed in South Amboy and has a NJ Transit train.
It was an ALP44. Arrow III 1476 appears in 'Chasing Amy' at Red Bank and Bruce Springsteen's 'One Step Up' (1988) has Comet IIs and a GP40P (pre-rebuild) at a crossing in Asbury Park.
Very nice but also forgot "Rich and Famous" (1981) Madison station and "First Born" (1984) atMorristown coach yard of old MUs.
You forgot Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen which was shot at the Watchung Avenue station.
Btw could you do a septa one?
Hoboken Terminal the Tribute of the Lackawanna Railroad, but now it is New Jersey Transit and Metropolitan Transportation Authority: Metro-North Railroad, New Jersey Transit Bus, Port Authority Transportation Hudson, and Kinkisharyo Hudson-Bergen Light Rail
What kind of paont scheme is that rts bus😂😂
0:37 the muppets take Manhattan came out in 1984 not 1983
Erm NJT didn't use blue on their RTS buses. Movies are always inaccurate.
