I just use the in game setting on high…don’t know much about the i5 version is it 16gb of RAM ? Me personally I would upgrade to 32gb of ram regardless because the ram in my was shitty cheap ram ..and games like Spider-Man - Hogwarts ,last of us etc are using over 20gb of ram when I play them games , 16gb isn’t enough anymore
@@APB969 Thank you!!! I bought a notebook for the elden ring, and now I find that there is a freeze when running the game, and I am very frustrated. Because my knowledge of computers is very weak, does the CPU I5 / i7 is big effect for playing Elden ring ? Thank you, I will try to increase ram next time
@@ency3208your cpu is good, its probably the ram thats low, try upgrading it , but first check you graphics, they should be at high and not any more, also turn on dlss and Frame generation ,and turn ray tracing off
I dont have any regrets buying it check the rest of my vids I have so you can see the performance in other games. don't for get the 4000series are more power efficient ,even my desktop rtx4070 is only pulling 130w -150w@ 1080p

I've got a 4050 now my soon as the 4060 for uni,.. I've always used cooling pads if you don't and just have t g e laptop flat on a desk put something under the back end to lift it up so there's a gap for air to get in

As yours got 16gb of ram or 8gb if it's 8 that could be the issue mine came with 16gb but I've upgraded it to 32gb of ram games like spiderman ,Hogwarts are pulling over 20gb of ram on mine

@@APB969 yes, they are more power efficient but not that much. 45w 4060 performs in this game only as well as my poor 1650 super.

45w rtx 4060 is garbage. It should be at least 70-100w. and over 100w is unnecessary for 4060.
You van flash the 4060 to run at 105watts but m not doing that.
