Richard Bao I feel he is seriously overlooked now. Granted he hasn't shown his past form but he is still in the top 5 in the world this year for both the 100 and 200. I hope he starts to deliver at major champs again.
I think he's still somewhat in the recovering process, he's hit sub 10 and 20 this year, which he hasn't done for a while, in 2016 his 200m wasn't even close to hitting sub 20, he would be dying off at the 150m mark. At prime, he was just as strong a 200m runner as he was 100m. Season's bests of 9.90 and 19.97 aren't bad at all, and I expect him to dip below 19.75 a couple more times, hopefully he'll be back to form in 2019 so he can contest against Bromell, Bracy, Coleman, De Grasse, Simbine and all the other new wave of sprinters.
i really hope so, he needs to remind those with short memories what he is capable of.

@@eeeeehf2004 Exactly, thank you. Bolt was past his absolute best shape after 2009 because of injuries and a rising Blake coming through. If Blake didn't get injured, we would see a completely different Usain Bolt in scary shape because he promised to never let Blake beat him again. it was SO ON!

@@yennox5338 Blake's 9.69 was done into a headwind, while Tyson's was just on the verge of being non-wind legal. Clearly faster as well when not even mentioning times.
@@tajaun3467 I'm aware but no matter what the wind was, the records will always say that both of them ran a 9.69. Meaning that Blake only matched Gay's PB, he didn't beat it. I'm aware that Blake is the faster sprinter. They're both the joint second fastest in history, nobody says that Gay is the third fastest in history as his 9.69 was still legal.

Just saw him at the olympics. What the hell happend to his running style? He used to look like he was floating, very calm upper body with the legs looking like he was walking on air. Now every step seems to be a fight. I hope he can find his lightness for one more race.

@@constantinc.2875 Haven't you noticed? The reason Blake isn't as fast anymore is because he suffered a career threatening injury in 2014 where his hamstring ripped clean off of his bone, he had to learn to walk again and everything. It's a miracle he's even running sub 10s anymore.
