This is a court proceeding of the Chhattisgarh High Court, presided over by Hon’ble Chief Justice Shri Ramesh Sinha. An 18-year-old boy is present in person to defend his case. According to the boy, when he was 17, some policemen falsely accused him of a crime, which had a significant impact on his life. He mentioned that he had recently lost his father, who was a lawyer. After presenting his arguments for a while, the boy raised some important points that turned out to be in his favor. This summary and the court proceedings are strictly for educational purposes only. What a confidence, maturity and conviction in his presentation, arguably he gonna be the best.
I am so impressed by this boy's hard work and confidence. I too prepared all of my paperwork myself from the age of 17 years till 19 and argued my case myself in a appeal for my husband's visa as his visa was originally refused but I spotted the clerical mistakes mentioned in one of the MP's support letter and the mistakes made by the translator at the embassy who translated my husband's answers to the entry clearance officer's questions. Time teaches everything, but those honest with happy assertive spirits tackle everything calmly and confidently with faith in God in my case Dhan Shri Satguru Jagjit Singh Ji and now Dhan Shri Satguru Dalip Singh Ji. My best wishes are with this boy.

I have faced the harrasment from the developers/builders & the police department was used as the machinery against me and I was implicated in false criminal cases but there were some genuine police officers who had supported me.
So I very well understand the pain of this boy and his family and really appreciate the efforts of the Hon'bl Judge and apportunity given to this boy.

Mere paas paisa nahi thaa date ki din mere wakil isliye nahi aaye the to maile khud judge se bolne ke liye haajir huwe . Mujhe judge saab ne achhi tarah sunaa . I don't remember who he was . This boy reminds me that inceident . i want to give him huge respect to that judge who comfortes and listened to my case. This happened in kathmandu district court Nepal . This kid inspired me, wish I had this much courage. I am struggling since 2017 trusting and listening to advocates blindly, due to their incorrect guidance and selfish motives, I have faced mental, emotional, financial and physical loss and I am still stuck in those cases filed wrongly against me just because I asked for divorced as my ex husband was a drunkard, he used to beat me and had an external affair... I still don't know what to do except paying fees to this lawyer and that lawyer for this document and that document. But, after watching this I will actively pursue my case now and see what I can do instead of just relying on the advocates. Who when asking for fees don't hesitate a second but when I ask for results advice me to take a high road. Thanks for this video.
