What we do in Lebanon and Syria is layer The bottom of the pot with the cabbage leaves, this way, it will prevent the cabbage leaves from burning. Also, we cook the leaves in Lemony broth with garlic and dry mint.

My grandmother made stuffed cabbage ( different variation) twice a year, Easter and Christmas. They were so good and took her all day to make so they were done couple of days ahead of time. Great video as always. ❤ From Boston
