Yeah wish I would have planned that trip out better and had a bunch of time the next day to explore but I woke up groggy and not in the mood to film at like 5am.
Thanks for sharing the campsite. Looked like an awesome spot and still getting the snow. Dinner looked great, I'm a huge fan of cheese steaks with peppers and mushrooms. I will definitely try out the small peppers they are usually a little sweeter.

Yeah I saw a recipe with the sweet pepper and wanted to try it out. For sure made it sweeter. I think a mix of half these and half bell peppers might make it a little less sweet. Should have at least added some mushrooms for sure, little grocery stores in the mountains aren’t always the best for getting exactly what you want but that grocery store was good so I really have no excuse.
I have to wear boots everyday for work “red wings” so on the weekends and camping usually find me in a pair of hey dudes, it’s a nice change of pace lol awesome video! Your out in the woods eating better than I am at home! Haha. I can’t wait for the snow to melt up there so I can get up there and explore!
Actually I wear hey dudes also. It’s my gym shoes/around the house. My GF works for their corporate so obviously I have a ton of their shoes also.
Maybe you need to be the leader and steer head a group to clean up the area you said that you love! Someone has to start the process.
I think I may do that. Maybe talk to waste management and do a few bagsters so we could get a lot of trash.

I got the prof seasonal cookware, that’s all it takes right? Yeah no I’ve never been a cook. I cooked every day for like 2 years when I was in shape but never learned how to do it right. I’m just guessing and I always camp alone so I guess I’ll never learn. Ha
