This is my Majora's Mask Epic Orchestral Medley. I put every single ounce of love, care, attention and passion into this one. (I even worked on it on my birthday!)
In a way, this medley tells a story. It starts out with the intro music, where Link is travelling in the forest, just before he meets Skullkid. It then transitions into the song of Healing, representing his journey to get his humanity back and his first steps into Termina. Following this, it deals with the lore, strife, mystery and danger all over the land, right up until the final moments before the moon falls, during which, the song becomes very sombre indeed. As I composed that part (Final Hour) I thought to myself "Everyone dies- even I am going to die!" as chilling waves of existential dread washed over me. After this, I transitioned the arrangement into the Astral Observatory melody (which I hope will be comforting), thinking to myself "Human lives are not eternal, but there is a vast universe out there- something much bigger and, perhaps, transcendental and even meaningful to contemplate." I followed this with the reunion music, thinking to myself that, maybe, there can only really be one eternal thing- something which transcends both time and space. "Perhaps this thing is love?" I thought to myself as I slaved away at the computer. The Clock Tower theme followed this, closing the loop the Song of Healing began, now wizened and ethereal, utilizing choral singing, Tibetan chants and chimes: a fitting theme for the Happy Mask Man, in my opinion. Perhaps he is immortal in some way. Perhaps he knows everything we (and Link + the residents of Termina) can't know. After this, the song of time, the Sun's Song and Termina Field represent rebirth; they also represent the presence of Link, whose Triforce of Courage allows the player to defeat their greatest enemies, conquer their fears and revisit the past.

Mixed Cuted Edited and that Good
It's just made with MIDI files using high quality sound files and some mixing, reverb and stuff. Not really anything hocus pocus.
This is really amazing. I hope you continue to do more songs like this for other Zelda titles. Majora's Mask had some of the best music the franchise has to offer.

this game is like the only one that doesn't happen in hyrule lol and its also like the only one where link isn't a chosen hero in the game. It takes place after ocarina of time and Link travels far away from hyrule to a place called Termina where this game takes place. He is not chosen - he has already had his adventure in OoT and he is not chosen here but instead just kinda saves the world himself. He is a nobody in this new land

I can tell how much though and effort you put into this and I can't thank you enough for it! You tell the story of Majora's Mask so well through this medley!!! THAT'S SO COOL! And I just love how it doesn't just apply to the game, it applies to life. I love the meaning in Zelda games so much and you just brought that to a whole new level. Lovely! Especially liked the Deku Palace transitioning into Stone Tower Temple; very nicely done there. Loved the rendition of Termina Field at the end as well! And as always I love the combination of the art and music; it works so well together and you do a great job timing the art choices with the music! :)
I'm glad whenever I learn that people are listening/watching all the way through. ^^ A Skyward Sword one is planned, as well as a NES medley and a Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Tracks medley I'm doing with a friend. I know, I know, I should do a Minish Cap one and an OoA/OoS one... I might! XD
Listening to the whole medley while viewing the art is a great experience! I look forward to seeing what you do with Skyward Sword's music, and Spirit Tracks should be great (that game has a beautiful OST). An Oracles Medley could be fantastic and really transform some lesser-known melodies into something special. Minish Cap of course would be great as well; such an underrated soundtrack! But I won't make requests haha; whatever you end up doing, I look forward to checking it out! :)

This whole Medley is a masterpiece--the best I have heard to date! So magical, emotional and beautiful to hear, not to mention you seamlessly melded one song into another in just the right way so I didn't notice the change straight away, which unfortunately a few other Zelda Medley's I have heard do not quite accomplish. You did a spectacular job on this and all the work you put into it is plain to see. My personal favourites have to be: "Clock Town," "Astral Observatory" and the forever catchy "Deku Palace," but of course they are all a joy to listen to, and together they are an audio journey I will happily listen to again.

Indeed, I know you have tons, I'm guilty of having them on loop. X3 *Checks link* Oh yeah! I remember this piece! I listened to it a while back--I love this kind of music. The medieval yet also celtic tone; always makes me think of a unique, ancient, joyous street market in a hidden town somewhere, selling all kinds of things on a sunny day. You most certainly captured that tone. (I rarely comment on things unless they truly capture my eye, and your work did so a long time ago, so no worries I will copy&paste this part of my comment over there too. It's only fair.) ;)

I forgot how good this one was. The Astral Observatory coming in after the lowest of lows is outstanding. Something that you do marvelously here is deciding the order of the songs. Initially, I was confused why Termina Field was last, but then I realize you were playing up the cyclic nature of the game, ending on Link heading out back into the world to try again after playing the song of time yet again. Brilliant work.

i subscribed midway through listening to your Ocarina of Time Medley just last night, and fell asleep to it, lol. it was very soothing. So of course i had to check this out first thing in the morning when i got onto my computer, and having just played through Majora's Mask the other day, i absolutely love this. i encourage you to keep up the great work on all the Medleys you plan on doing in the future! :)

The arrangement gives me a much more hopeful impression than did the game, yet I judge it spiritually faithful to the original soundtrack.
