What you should do is update all the transfers between games, so for example in FIFA 11 Jack Wilshire and Neymar should start at AC Milan, to keep continuity in the save.

for FIFA 11 try AS ROMA to get a revenge against Inter for the 2010 Scudetto title (for AC Milan and Udinese in your storyline) also AS ROMA had a very good team that season with Totti, Mexes, Adriano, Menez etc.

Fitness is the first thing you need to full on team upgrades. It directly effects players stamina and makes team making easier

I remember discovering a long shot that almost always went in in Fifa 10. Just stand at the wing, 20 meters into the opponents half and do a fully charged shot (maybe it was finesse shot) and at least 80% chance of it going in if you have someone with decent shooting stats.

15 seasons in AC Milan, 10 as 1st choice, he's a unsung legend, played in AC Milan, the 2nd best team in Europe historically.
*Jose Mourinho. With a J not an H. If he was from a Spanish speaking country it would be pronounced like an H but he’s not, he’s Portuguese and they pronounce it ‘Jose’ with a J.
I know this is nit picky but I hear it so often and it really grinds my gears.

next team should be a smaller team and the argument being you were sacked from AC Milan, maybe something to do if you don’t match the board’s expectations/beat a record? keeps it semi realistic and means there an actual punishment to not beating a record rather than “oh well we failed”

Large saves are boring in fifa because (not to brag) if you build a decent team within 3 seasons, you'll be able to fly through the entire game. I dont even buy high profile players and i can get a 4th division team challenging for European cups in season 4 or 5. The opposite teams dont build their players well. The AI model for transfers has no cause or plan. Anyone can buy any players
The golden era of fifa for those of us that liked the old school way, manager mode and split screen with your pals was 2004 - 2011, then came ultimate team and destroyed it. Its been shite ever since

I stopped playing fifa, from 2004 to 2017. I really feel like I missed the golden age of this game. Even though those first few years were fantastic. Think my first was 99’.
Fc 24 is a pile of garbage as a strictly career mode fan. I would get a refund if I could.
What’s most disappointing and not fifas fault, is there’s no Ronaldo, (r9) no Pirlo, no Gerrard, no great older players. It makes me feel older than 35 😂
