I like Tecom, stayed there a coupel of times. Has everything you need.

Indeed it is. Well connected with metro line and right on SZR makes Tecom a desirable place.

The official announcement hasn’t been made yet; but as per information available Arjan will be part of Pink Line. Definitely it’s on the cards in next couple of years.Keep watching this space for further updates.
