Pls how long can it last? I use eggs nd a little bit of water to coat but if it stays more than a month, d taste changes. Its for commercial purposes

After i bought the groundnut from the market, can i wash it with hot water and salt and sun or air-dry before coating my peanut

Is it a must we add salt and water to peanut before starting the process cos right from time I do it your way except for the little groundnut oil you added, but I noticed most people add salt and hot water to the peanut before starting the process. I don't like the process though?
